Should every Sammamish home be prepared and staged the same way?
I don’t think so.
Pre-inspections, cleaning, landscaping, window washing, pressure washing and professional staging can all be valuable when selling a home. But I believe the preparation strategy should be specific to the property – not a one-size-fits-all checklist.
A Trossachs home may have a very different story to tell than a Pine Lake waterfront property, a Klahanie home or a property in North Sammamish.
I look at the architecture, natural light, views, floor plan, condition, location and the buyers most likely to be attracted to the property. Then we determine where an investment in preparation will actually make a difference.
The same goes for staging. I work with professional designers who evaluate each home and create a staging plan specifically for the property. Furnishings, layout and styling are selected to complement the home – not simply to fill empty rooms.
The goal is to make each home look like the best version of itself.
